A Few Things You Should Know Before Your Selection Appointment
 
Your selection appointment is the time to:
1. Review your images and choose the portrait included with your gift certificate
2. Order any additional portraits and/or frames – if desired
 
How long will the selection appointment last?
This depends on the session, but usually selection appointments take about an hour.
 
Do I have to decide about my gift portrait at the selection appointment?
Yes. We will be happy to let you know what we think, however, the final choice is yours to make.
 
What if I would like to use my studio credit?
If you have a studio credit included with your certificate it can be used towards any additional portraits (either a duplicate of the main portrait or of a different image). Please note that your studio credit does not apply to framing and is not valid after the selection appointment.
 
Will I need to decide about ordering additional portraits at the selection appointment?
No. You can place an order up to 30 days afterwards. However, certain offers are only available at the time of viewing. Your gift certificate cannot be extended beyond the date of the selection appointment. Therefore, if you choose to place an order after this date, the studio credit will not apply.

Orders that are not covered by your gift certificate require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. We accept cash and all major CC.
