Rescheduling:
We understand there are times you might need to reschedule your appointment. In these cases, we can only accept changes by phone at 781.400.2673

Portrait Sitting (2 hours) - 14 days notice.
​You can reschedule your sitting appointment without incurring a rescheduling fee as long as you provide us with at least 14 days prior notice.
If you did not provide us with 14 days notice and you wish to reschedule a new portrait sitting date, a $500 Rescheduling Fee will apply. If no sitting has taken place within 1 year from the date of your gift certificate, the certificate will be void.

Portrait Selection (1 hour) - 48 hours notice.
You can reschedule your portrait selection appointment unlimited times, without incurring a rescheduling fee if you provide us with 48 hours notice or more, up to 6 weeks from the date of your original selection appointment.
If you provide us with less than 48 hours notice, a $250 Rescheduling Fee will apply.  If no selection appointment has taken place after 6 weeks from the date of your original selection appointment, the images will be discarded.

Gift Certificate will be void after 7 days from the selection appointment, unless there is a confirmed new date and any rescheduling fee, if applicable, has been paid.

Rescheduling fees are not covered by Gift Certificates.

Late Arrival:
In the event that you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule this appointment. (Rescheduling Fees will apply).

No Shows:
If you do not show up for an appointment your Gift Certificate will be void and a fee of $500 will be charged to you.
